Privacy Policy

What a GOCOSYS account stores about you, and what it shares.

This policy has not been published yet. The summary below describes what the service stores, but is not a substitute for the final document.

What we store

• Account details — your name, username, email address and, if you add one, a phone number and profile image.
• Credentials — your password is stored only as an Argon2id hash. It is never stored or logged in a readable form.
• Sessions and devices — active sign-ins, and the devices you have chosen to trust.
• Security records — sign-in attempts and security events, including IP address and browser user agent, used to detect suspicious access.
• Connected applications — which GOCOSYS applications you have authorised, and what they were granted.

What applications receive

Only the claims covered by the scopes you approve: a stable identifier, and optionally your name, username, picture and email address. Your postal address, phone number, date of birth and bio are not exposed through any current scope. See Connected apps.

Bot protection

Sign-in and sign-up are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes device and behavioural signals under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your controls

Once signed in, Privacy & data shows what is held on your account, lets you sign out other sessions, revoke connected applications, and request deletion. Deletion is handled as a support request so it can be reviewed before anything is removed.
