GOCOSYS Account Docs

Devices & activity

Where you are signed in, how to end a session, and how to read your sign-in history.

Active sessions

Devices lists every browser and device currently signed in to your account, with the device and the IP address it connected from. Your dashboard shows the same count.

  • Revoke ends a single session. That device must sign in again.
  • Sign out all other devices (on the Security page) ends every session except the one you are using.

Revoke anything you do not recognise, then change your password. Ending the session alone does not stop someone who knows the password from signing back in.

Login activity

Login activity is the history of sign-ins to your account — when, from what device, and from which IP address. Unlike sessions, entries stay after the session ends, so it is the record to check after something looks wrong.

Reading an entry

TimeWhen the sign-in happened, in your local time zone.
DeviceBrowser and operating system, as reported by that browser.
IP addressThe network address the request came from.

An unfamiliar IP is not proof of intrusion on its own — mobile networks, VPNs and office connections all change it. Read it alongside the device and the timing.

Trusted devices

Marking a device as trusted lets it skip the two-factor prompt for a period, rather than asking on every sign-in. Trust is per-device and expires on its own. Never trust a shared or public computer — anyone using it afterwards skips the second factor too.

Sign-in alerts

Notable sign-ins send an email to your account address. If one arrives that you did not cause, follow the compromise checklist in Security & 2FA.
